No cash refunds.

You can request an exchange by sending us an email at info@begumstudio.com along with your Order ID, or by calling us at 306 688 6923. Products can also be exchanged from Begum Studio retail outlets within 07 days from the date of purchase. Please note that the product must be unused and unaltered with the price label intact along with the purchase receipt.

Products purchased on sale or during promotions cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded.

Due to differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photo-shoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen; therefore, products cannot be exchanged for this reason. Exchange or refund of any product(s) will take place only if the product(s) received has any manufacturing defect.

We have a ‘No Refund’ policy. However, refunds may be allowed in exceptional cases where the product is out of stock or has a manufacturing defect.

If any product purchased at full price goes on sale, it will be exchanged at the marked-down price.

Currently, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges for international online orders.

In case of credit card payment, you will receive your refund after the defective product has been returned and processed. Payment refunds can take up to 15 working days from the time we have received returned goods.

Beauty and fragrance items cannot be exchanged or returned.

Begum Studio reserves the right to cancel any order at any stage due to product unavailability or any other reason. Customers will be notified via email.

Order inquiries will only be entertained within 15 working days after placement of the order.
Claims and complaints regarding orders will not be entertained after 7 days of delivery.

Full care is taken to ensure that no incomplete order is shipped. If an item in your order is out of stock, we will ship the available items to you. The shipped items will be listed on the Airwaybill, which you can verify upon delivery. Out-of-stock items will not be included in the shipment. However, in case such a mishap does occur, you can get in touch with our Customer Care team and we will rectify it at the earliest, at no extra charge.

Partial refunds of orders placed through JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Upaisa, Zindagi, etc., and IBFT for the reasons below will only be made via vouchers, which can be redeemed on our website:

  1. Stock unavailability

  2. Split order cancelled by the customer (for orders shipped in multiple packages)

  3. For returns on split orders paid through a wallet account, refunds will be issued only as a voucher for future purchases. No cash refunds or wallet balance adjustments will be made.

WHO CAN APPLY FOR A RETURN?

If you are unsatisfied with the product you purchased and would like to replace it, you may send back your purchase to our E-commerce store by contacting us via email at info@begumstudio.com or calling 306 688 6923 within 10 days of the delivery date.

You can claim a return or exchange if:

  • The product is damaged, stained, defective, or incomplete.
  • The product(s) must be unused, in the original packaging, with labels and protective stickers attached.
  • The product received does not match the size ordered.

HOW TO APPLY FOR A RETURN?

  • Email us at info@begumstudio.com with the return reason and order details.

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.

WHEN WILL IT BE PROCESSED?

  • We aim to process all returns within 5–7 working days of receipt.
  • During busy periods, please allow up to 14 working days for your return to be processed.
